Online Store iPad pro

A customer was unable to fill out an online order just now on his iPad Pro because on the checkout modal, the checkout button is below the screen and he couldn't get it it. I verified this on my computer by changing Chrome to display as an iPad pro. Is there anything that can be done about this? I don't have an iPad so I don't know if customers can do anything on their side but I can see how this would be frustrating for them to the point where they'll give up.

Hi @schemjo. Thanks for bringing this up.

 

I ran this by a Weebly specialist and it sounds like the iPad Pro isn't designed to show our entire checkout page in full. Sorry that it's a pain point for your customers. They may have to just switch devices when checking out through your site.
