I have been trying to set up an event item on my online store for the past few days but both my customers and I get an error saying the item is no longer available at the location when attempting to place the order after entering my name, credit card information, etc. To the best of my knowledge the event is set up properly and I have many other physical items working properly on my store. I have unsuccessfully tried to resolve the problem by changing the event location to match my store and adding stock to the event variations.

Hey @julia_robbins - Just to confirm, you created the event in the Square Online Store and not your Square Items Library, correct? Can you please provide me with the event/item description such as the name and location it will be sold at? I'd be happy to take a look at the settings and location it's assigned to.
