Nothing showing up on bank account information page within dashboard

i haven't used my square account since november, and haven't made any changes since then but i logged on to try and make an invoice but wanted to make sure my information was up to date, but going to the bank info page in my dashboard, nothing is there. there are no buttons or links to add/remove a bank, and my bank info is not showing up. it shows up in the app, however. i tried to make an invoice via the app and it gave me an error about activating my account... which i'm confused by, it didn't give me a button to click or anything, just said something about activating. 

 

...but my account is already activated? it's several years old at this point. what do i do here?

Hey there @ACW. That seems a little strange.

 

Is it possible that you have had multiple accounts in the past? Only asking because if you had a bank account linked originally and haven't touched it since, there shouldn't be a reason why it wouldn't still be showing there.

 

If you click on the Business tab and then the Locations tab, can you add a location and then try to add your bank account? That should work...

 

We can't see account specifics here in the Seller Community, but if you want someone to take a look and see what might have happened from the last time you logged in to the most recent attempt, you can absolutely contact our CS team and they'll be able to take a look with you.
