My site keeps saying all my products are $NaN

Hi Shatterrainbows,

 

Sorry you're having issues - it can be frustrating to say the least.  I believe the issue is with how your online items are configured because you're not the first person to experience the same issue.   There's some troubleshooting tips here that's worth a look.  Also check to see if you have a Shipping Profile setup.  Just some things to check.

Hi again @Meganjs - I received a reply from the Square Online Support Team and this is what they said:

"The item "Cotton T-Shirt" is set for Shipping, but the Seller doesn't have Shipping set up. They'll need to log into Square Online then go to > Fulfillment > Shipping > Set Up Shipping. The Seller is also missing their Store Information in their Square Online Settings. The Seller will need to log into Square Online > Settings > General to add that. Once the Seller has done both of those things, the site/item should function properly."
