Missing Card on File

I last used my Square app on my phone on Saturday and it was working fine. Today it appears the interface has changed and all my Card on File entries are gone. Does anyone else have this issue?

Hm - that doesn't sound right, @ChristyJ.

 

Have you gotten in touch with our Appointments team by phone yet?

 

They can take a look at your account with you to help a shine light here, as they are able look at your account alongside you in order to pinpoint what's going on here. Please reach out by phone (or email) when you have a moment by logging into your Square account and heading here.
