My wallet was lost a few days ago and the card is blocked. Mistakenly transferred it to the old card that was lost.

You will have to contact customer service through the support system. There isn't really anyone that can help on these forums with this type of request. I would recommend you contact the financial institution for the blocked card and see if they can help you or give you some guidance.
