Recently, my MPOP printer and square retail app started printing the text too large, and also cutting off part of the barcode on the bottom of the receipts. Almost like the enter receipt is zoomed in, and I cannot figure out what is going on. I've tried resetting everything and its still printing incorrectly, so I cannot scan the barcode for customer returns because its not the complete barcode, therefore I have to manually search for the transaction. The support team at square and no clue what was going on either. Has anyone else had this issue and/or know how to resolve it??

It does look like the person you spoke with today filed a ticket for our engineers to take a closer look. I recommend keeping your eyes on your email, as the individual who helped you today should follow back up when they need or have additional information about this!
