Looking back on 2023, what is one thing you did that you wouldn't do again? Or it didn't turn out how you expected.

Trusting people in our field. Make a long story short. Some "friends" that work fairs as we do became really cozy with us only to try and find out more about our business for some of their other friends.

For my second and newest business I thought I would want to start planning for a storefront location in 2024, but I'm finding that as my first business continues to grow, I'm not sure I want 2 storefronts to manage so I think for my second business (for now) I'll continue to rent space in other businesses that have the right customer base.
