Lauchpad Says - "Nothing to Manage"

  • I have an employee that we sent the invite email. 
  • She clicked the link and created an account. 
  • Her status still says invited, but I am unable to send a "re-invite" email. I get an error that says unable to send.
  • When she logs into her square account square goes to a "personal setting" page showing her email and pass. She can only change her email / pass or go to Launchpad (See attached screenshot)
  • Going to launchpad only shows a black screen with the phrase "Nothing to manage" (see screenshot)

I am looking or any advice on how to get this employee access to the dashboard.
