When in receipt screen, my keyboard only shows up in part. Can not access the whole keypad /keyboard

We are going to need a bit more detail from you to help troubleshoot this. Would you mind clarifying where you are seeing this issue with your keyboard? Are you utilizing the Square mobile Point of Sale app? - or are you using a separate piece of Hardware such as the Terminal or Register?

 

I will be sure to keep an eye out for your response!

It’s been awhile but I think I had to delete and reinstall the app. Just played with it until I could get the keyboard back on board. Sorry this is t a good answer
