Items sale price has been removed but the red tag is still showing

I'm having trouble removing sale tags from items that are no longer on sale and I have removed the sale pricing. I do not want to turn sale tags off because there are still items on my website that I want to showcase being on sale. I've tried republishing my website, typing in a sale price of zero, making sure there was nothing in the sale price area, and even deleting the regular pricing which makes it hidden from my website and re-adding the price and nothing seems to work. 

Is there anything else I can try? It's super frustrating and misleading to customers that items are tagged 'on sale' are actually not.

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.

You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop.  Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.
