Items not deducting from Inventory
Hi, I'm using square for my restaurant. We have a lot of bakery items, and utilize in-store ordering as well as online ordering. When we set the inventory each morning, items purchased from the online store will deduct from our inventory, and items purchased in cash in store will as well, BUT items purchased in store by card do not deduct from inventory!!! This is causing major issues and I can't think of a solution that makes sense.... Has anyone experienced this and is there a fix?!?! Need to resolve this asap.

Hi @agmerritt, really sorry to hear this! This is quite strange - regardless of whether the purchase was made by card or cash, the items should still be deducted from inventory.
Before creating a ticket with our engineering team, can you let me know:
- The exact version of the Square for Restaurant app. If there are any pending updates, please installing it and see if that will help with the issue
- A video of the behaviour (adding an item to cart > completing the transaction > check inventory and not seeing it being deducted)
