Item variations not populating on mobile devices

I have items that have several variations, when sharing the link via social media the customer cannot see the variations on their mobile devices. The variation dropdown menu shows but when selecting a different variation the pic does not change. They just see the default image.  The variations do show on the desk top version.  Any help?

We visited your site from different mobile devices and were unable to replicate this, the matching images were coming up for the item variations. However, we would be happy to try from the exact post that your customers are seeing this issue on to help further.
