Issues with adding modifiers

Watch this short screen recording of my issue. Im trying to preselect modfiers for our menu items, however they arent saving. We've tried different computers and browsers, clearing cache, and spent an hour on the phone with support. Support was able to recreate the issue on their end, but then said it was fixed. Screen recording taken today 😑

I'm sorry, you are having issues with the modifiers not saving. Have the modifiers still not shown up yet online? Can you provide your URL? I will reach out to our Square Online Team and follow up here as soon as I have insight.

Hi Maya,

the online menu isn’t the issue. I’m trying to add my modifiers to the menu items so they transfer to the KDS screen. See the loom video in original post. I have my list of modifiers created, but trying to preselect the modifiers for menu items but they uncheck after clicking save.

Oh gotcha that was a Square KDS screen,  I thought it was a website @VPCumming . If you have gone through all Dashboard Troubleshooting steps please reach out to Customer Support at 1-855-700-6000 squ.re/contactsqsupport. There haven't been any reports of this issue and our Customer Support Team will be able to file a ticket and escalate this to our engineers.
