Hello, I'm reaching out here because apparently there is no where else to receive help. I have emailed as directed (4 business days ago) and have not received a response. I am trying to transfer my balance and keep hitting roadblocks (It shows my $$ scheduled for deposit that day, but does not deposit. Then the next day the date has changed to current but is still not depositing. When I attempt to instant transfer it says "We were unable to transfer your funds. Please visit our Support Center for more details" but there are no details and I don't have time to look through 50K+ responses!). Calling to speak with someone does not seem to be possible as a "customer code" is required, but unattainable via the directions on the prerecorded message when you call for customer service. If someone could help me retrieve my funds from being held hostage any longer, that would be much appreciated. I have never been so disappointed with a company's customer service (or lack thereof!)
