Images not loading into new Weebly store

Migrated to new store last Friday. All seemed fine except the merch images weren't loading. Gave it over the weekend. Still not loading. Please help.

Sometimes it freezes. Drag and drop if it does that or refresh page. Worked for me

I am having the same problem.  I have images loaded in my old Square store which I have had for over 5 years.  It was created on an Ipad.  All of the items listed in my store now are transferring, but the photos that go with the items are not.  I have tried and tried to find out why but have had no luck.  Anything I can try?

I am trying to transfer my existing Square store to the new Weebly store before the deadline of 5/20.  All of my individual listings will transfer over fine, but the photos that go with each item will not transfer.  I have tried to do this many different ways, but have had no luck.  I don't want to have to upload all of my photos over again.  All of the items were originally added from an Ipad.  Do you think this may have anything to do with the photos not transferring?  Any feedback would be appreciated.

Hmm sounds like Image sync isn't enabled on your Online Store Dashboard. Go to Settings > Square Sync > Sync Settings. Toggle on Product Images

I can’t find the setting referred toSquare Sync. What category is it listed under on a desktop.

Hi @trinketst here is a direct link to Square Sync under Settings. Keep in mind you will need to click the drop down menu on Settings to see this in the future. See the picture below for more details. Thank you!

Sorry to sound dumb but do I have to publish my new store first before I can find this “online store settings” I only have the option to either Manage Your Current Online Store or Go to your New Online Store when I click on online store at the main menu. I don’t have that set of options you are showing that I can find.

Yes, you are correct. It sounds like you still are using our old online store. What you will need to do is click Online Store on the Square Dashboard, then "Go to your new online store" and follow the steps to set up your new online store. After that, you will start to see the dashboard that we are referring to. 🙂
