• Is there a way to process a payment after the card was scanned, and I couldn't remember my passcode to complete it. ?
• This happened Sat. And when I couldn't remember the passcode the lady just took her purchase and walked off!!   But I understand.

Hi Vona,

Unfortunately, you're out of luck.  Sorry this transaction looks like a write off.  Even if you setup your hardware for Offline transactions, the are only for card-present transactions made with magnetic-stripe cards.  Manually entered payments as well as chip card and payments aren’t currently supported.  Last, it’s important to note that transactions expire if they’re not processed within 24 hours.
