I redeemed an egift card but stil showing full balance on egift card

I redeemed a gift card for an appointment made.  There's still showing a full balance. Will the charges show once the appointment has been completed?

The balance should deduct immediately when redeemed, not when the service is rendered. Reach out to our CS Team to confirm if the egiftcard transaction went through properly.
