I processed a refund and the person says her bank has never received the refund

In total, refunds can take 9-14 business days to be returned to your customer's payment card. But since it's been longer than 14 days at this point, you'll want to contact our CS team so they can do a bit of investigating and see why it hasn't hit yet.
