I need to manage my domain

When I log into my account and click domains I get a message that says... "Oops, looks like you've landed on a page that we have remove.

Hi Portcity209,

 

Sorry you are having an issue however, as we have few details about your concern, you may want to start with Customer Support.  They may be able to offer better assistance or refer you to Tech Support.  The Community is not the same as Customer Support or Tech Support and per your post, I'm thinking someone needs to look at your account which can't be done here.  There's quite a bit of experience here when it comes to using Square's Apps and Hardware but, looking at account setups is beyond the capabilities here.

As @JK_Fiber_Art mentioned, we have no access to your account details here, unfortunately. 

 

So without knowing if the domain is hosted by us or not, or if you are using Square Online or Weebly, it's hard to tell exactly what the issue might be. 

 

With Weebly, we would commonly see this issue when an account had contributor access to a site but did not own the site or domain. 

If that is the case, and you want to acquire a new domain for a different site, you'll need to add your own site to the account before you can access the domains page.
