I havent had a deposit since December. Over 2k being held.

I have used Square for years and have never had a problem. I am showing that I haven't received a deposit since Dec 20th. Inaccurate bank account information was added to my account without me doing so and I have over 2K in deposits that say they are "pending". 

 

I have emails customer service amd am feeling very nervous.

Joe, we have similar situation; However, the 'owner' on the account was an ex employee who no longer works. Your customer service will not talk to me. I don't mind opening a new account, but how will I recover funds ?

Yikes, sticky situation. Are you able to contact the ex employee and work with them for the sake of recovering those funds?

 

Not ideal, sorry about that. However, if their info was used to activate the account, they are considered the account owner and our Account Services Team will need to work with them directly.
