I have multiple transactions from this weekend that are not showing in my reports.

This weekend I did a 2 day event. This morning when I was checking my balance I noticed it was much lower than I anticipated. I do write down what was sold, amount charged and how they paid so I started comparing and i have multiple transactions that are not showing. Almost $200 worth. I am on with chat support right now but getting no where so far. I am hoping someone can tell me how to fix this. Does today being a holiday effect this? I can expect that the money may not be in my account yet but shouldnt the transactions still show. I am very nervous, this was a large chunk of my sales.

While we're not able to look into transactions via this public forum, continue working with support to locate these transactions. Also keep in mind that transactions that have been recorded  as cash will not be included in your transfers. Please let us know how you go!
