I have always used my chip wireless reader, now i cant pair it. Is it broken.
My wireless chip reader stop working. Is it broken.

Hi Tury, here is the help page for the reader. You might try to remove it from your device by selecting "Forget this device". This may allow it to repair. Have you paired anything new with your device? Is it pairing with your device but saying Not connected in the Square App? If that is the case that means it's not able to establish a secure connection with the Square server. Make sure you have internet turned on.

If you are using a Galaxy S5 or Note 4 or a couple other Samsung devices, there is a problem with the last software update to these devices.
