I got a new phone that does not do tap-to-pay

I got a new phone and it doesn't have have a jack for the reader and tap-to-pay only works once in a blue moon. I'm sick of being charged for manual entry, any one have 6he same? I have unistalled/reinstalled the app 10x!

Sorry can't speak for the Tap and Pay via your phone - some issues like this can't be resolved via the Community - it's more of a Tech Support challenge.   Personally from our experience the better option is the Square Reader for contactless and chip cards - the reader connects via bluetooth.  It's been a life saver for us many times and reduces your liability for card acceptance.  It's a one time purchase and will save you money down the road.  Just my thoughts of course but, I think many Community Members here will agree.
