@Drewh Sorry to hear this! I'm afraid I can't look at your account here from the Community so it'll be tricky to troubleshoot this — but I suggest starting with these Point of Sale app troubleshooting steps.
If the issue persists please call our CS team directly so they can take a closer look at your account, and they'll be able to escalate this to our engineering team if needed as well.
