I am a customer. I have not received a reward star on three occasions with registered card/phone ???

Went to Liquiteria, paid with my usual card, no reward star. Next day same thing. But the receipt is being emailed as usual. Store manager can't find the phone number on the system. Square, who do I contact and how? Users, what do you do in such cases?

Hey @Anthony777 - this does sound strange. We'll need Liquiteria to double check that they have everything setup correctly. Get in touch with them and let them know to contact us if they're unable to resolve it.
