I Suddenly Can Only List My Items by Popularity

I've had my items listed by Newest on purpose for about a year now. However, something has changed, and now no matter what I do, they revert to being listed by popularity. My items are mostly one-of-a-kind, and it makes no sense to list by popularity, unless I want everyone to see what is sold-out.

 

I've already gone into the website editor for my Shop All page, clicked on Item List, then clicked on Arrange and Add items, choose Newest, and Published. It is not working.

 

Please help -  I haven't had an online sale since this change took place. 😞

It sounds like you are doing everything you need to do to make sure the items are showing up properly. Can you try opening the site from a different browser to see if newest items are showing? 

 

If you post a link to your store page we can take a look as well. It's possible you may need to reach out to our support team here to have a rep verify if there's any known issues, but we can let you know for sure.

Support was able to fix the problem! We for some reason had to set Shop All to the desired "Sort by Newest", and then totally remove the sorting bar, and publish. I thought I had tried that, but I guess not.
