How to protect my Stand when using it outside?

During the hot months, we consistently have problems keeping the tablet in the stand cool enough to avoid it from shutting down.  Has anyone made some type of heat barrier to help solve this problem?

What device are you using?  We us an iPad for our Fireworks stand and our Car Wash.  As long as it isn't in direct sunlight we don't have an issue.

Also we drilled holes in the neoprene case to give it extra ventalation.  Cases protect but don't allow them to cool.

We are using the iPad as well.  The holes may help, but keeping them out of the sun is not easy when doing outdoor events.  I was hoping someone knew of a product that would act like a sun shade.

There are some on the market but they are more for seeing the screen in the sun.  Might think about a sun canopy.  Will keep you and the iPad cool.

I merged your post with an existing thread I found from another seller on using the Stand outside.

The only thing you can really do is to keep it out of direct sunlight if you can.
