How to get our products approved though google merchant center?

We sell wine and liquor and are connected to the google merchant center and they will not approve any of our products becuse of alcohol content. Of course there are thousands of wine ads at google so i'm looking for some assistance about how to get our products approved though google merchant center. 

It is impossible to speak to a human about this. i think its probably a small matter -- a check here or there -- but its apparently a secret at google, 

If you are marketing wine and have your products approved through the google merchant center, please share you secret!

Our online sales channels are doing nothing for me because of this problem.
