How do I upgrade my Ecwid through Square?
I am attempting to upgrade my Ecwid that I have through Square and am receiving the following error message.
An error occurred
Invalid plan: client is not associated with that plan.
Does anyone know what to do?

Sorry to hear about this @lash1424. It sounds like this error message is coming from Ecwid, and not from Square. If you haven't already I recommend contacting Ecwid Support who'll be able to investigate this for you. Let us know if there's anything else we can do, happy to help!
