Hi there. I have a charity event this friday and I went to install my new chip reading square and it says the reader is permanently broken. How do I replace this in a hurry? My charity event is 3 days! Please help!!!

Here's a link to Square's shopping page. You can navigate from there to whichever reader you want to order. You don't need to worry about it connecting to your account - just attach it to your device and you will be good to go. The reader itself doesn't connect to your account, the device it's attached to does.
