Is there a way to issue an egift card to an upset customer to encourage a return visit/make up for the bad experience? This is preferred over simply refunding the transaction as it could lead to a typical happy experience and then re earn thier future business. Please let us know if this is possible to do

Hi @ruizmex. This can be done through your Square POS.
When you add an egift card to a transaction, you can then apply a 100% discount. This way you can load the card without doing any charging of your own.

Great, thank you! I was looking for a way to do it via the Dashboard, so thats why I couldnt find it. Processed via the POS and we are all good to go. Thank you!
