How come I'm not receiving any email notifications?

I was attempting to verify the linked debit card to my account, so I can instantly transfer funds to it. When I check my email, there's none from Square and I've followed the instructions to double check my email notifications, but I'm still not receiving any verification emails. It's been over 3 hours and still nothing. Now that I've tried to attempt the free transfer, It's still not allowing me to transfer the funds to my bank, which I verified the day of opening the Square account. Please I need help, so I can pay for my business supplies.

Hi @Animeragllc - a couple days ago where Sellers and buyers were not receiving any email notifications related to Point of Sale, Appointments, Invoices and Marketing. 

 

It's since been fixed, so going forward you should see those notifications land in your inbox, but the emails that weren't delivered can't be retroactively sent. 

 

As for your transfer, reach out to CS so they can pinpoint the reason why you aren't able to transfer your funds.
