Having trouble integrating square as credit card processor with Booksy

I currently use Booksy as my booking software for my small business. They claim that Booksy seamlessly integrates with square for credit card processing. However I have had trouble with my payments showing as paid or complete in Booksy  when they show a paid incomplete on square. When I go into my booksy app it says waiting for Square confirmation or waiting on Square to finish the payment. Has anyone else had this issue? I have reached out to Booksy and they are no help. Now all of my daily business totals are off and incorrect in Booksy. Please help!

I'm not able to find anything claiming that Square and Booksy are integrated. With them being a third party and not our own Appointments service, we won't be able to assist you with this here.

You'll want to reach out to Booksy for further help since it'd be their integration or API. Let us know what they say.

Thanks for responding! My sales rep with Booksy is the one that made that claim, not square. Luckily my sales are totally fine with square just having trouble on the Booksy end. Thank you for your help!
