Full Slate gift certificate accounting with Square

I use Full Slate for my online scheduling, which is integrated with Square for sales. I have a 'Shop' tab on my website where people can purchase gift certificates. I live in a state that charges sales tax on my service (massage therapy), so I have everything set up to charge the local tax on Square. I use payment links, invoices and sometimes use a square reader to take payments, as well as people purchasing these gift certificates online.
I need to be able to track the sales tax, so I can pay it monthly, but the gift certificate sales are coming through uncategorized (so I can't see what the service was), and even though it IS changing the sales tax, it's listed as a non-taxable item and the tax isn't listed separately. So when I look at reports>taxes, those items don't show up.
How do I fix this? Thanks!
