Ethernet is not connecting
It has been a week that my Square register is not connecting to the Ethernet and we are using WiFi only so the chip card is not working the printer is not working and the cash door is not opening.
I had the internet company come out twice and check everything is find when we connect a computer we get Ethernet Connect.
Is there a software problem that the square register?

So sorry to hear about the issues in regards to network connectivity and your Square Register. Sounds strange, indeed. Ethernet connectivity should not affect ability of the peripheral accessories from performing, such as your cash register. This however does sound like there may be a software issue with your Register connecting to ethernet.
Would you mind giving a shot to these specific troubleshooting steps? They should be useful in working out any lingering kinks from a software perspective.
