Ethernet Printers Disconnecting as of Recent Square Update

Seems a Square POS update on the iPad within the last week is causing our ethernet printers (Epson TM-M30) at both our shop locations to disconnect after a few hours. Closing the app entirely and re-opening seems to make it show up again. Not great for customer flow though, when the drawer suddenly won't open.

Wasn't sure if this was an acknowledged issue with a fix coming, or where to find that? Or how to revert back to an older version for now, since updates are now being pushed directly through the app instead of through the Apple App Store? Thanks in advance for your help!
