Edited/Updated Items Not Saving

When I edit an item to update prices or counts, at least a third of the time, my edits don't save. The only solutions I've found are to close the program (Square Dashboard open in Chrome) and hope it resets; continually enter in my edits hoping it sticks; or literally waiting hours to go back and try again because I'm frustrated at losing work time dealing with finicky software. 

 

Has anyone else experienced this or know a solution?

Eek sorry to hear this. Sounds super annoying and frustrating. I see you're using our preferred browser, Chrome. Have you tried these other troubleshooting tips like clearing cache and making sure the browser version is up to date?
