'Download the Square Team app' page displayed after clicking app icon already installed
I have downloaded the Square Team app to test it out but each time I click on the app icon, I am directed to a page instructing me to download the app. I am using an android Samsung Tab A that is fully up-to-date.
I have cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail.
About to give up on this app if it can't be worked out.
I basically want to get my staff to use this app to clock in as I am struggling to make sense of the Square Terminal clocking in/out functionality (will post this in another thread)

Hi @gazawee, I'm sorry to hear you're running into this. Team app should work on your device. Please try the following:
1. Make sure your tablet's operating system is up to date. You can check this in the tablet's settings.
2. Download the Team app from our official page here and click on the Google Play option.
3. Turn off your tablet and turn it back on.
4. If none of the above resolves the issue, it may be related to your device. Please download the Team app on another device.
Here is all the information you need to know about setting up Square Team app.
On the Square Terminal, you can enable the clock in. To do so, please go to More > Settings > Team Management > enable Track team member time.
