Donate button disappears in Online Checkout

We use the 'Online Checkout' feature to create a link to accept donations for our non-profit organization.  The link to 'online checkout' is accessed from our website.  The link works to take users to the donation screen, with a 'donate' button at the bottom of the screen.  When a user enters their contact phone number and confirms their identify, the 'donate' button no longer appears on the screen.  Entering valid credit card information still does not make the 'donate' button appear.  There is no way to complete the donation transaction.

 

Anyone have a cause / solution?
