My online orders are set to single item tickets which is perfect, however the TOTAL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE ENTIRE ORDER PRINTS OUT ON EACH SINGLE ITEM TICKET. I don't need/want the dollar amounts printed at all, much less on every ticket of an 8-10 item order.
Any order that comes in online is already paid for, there is no other way to submit your order, It makes the ticket even bigger than it already is at 80mm.

Following for a response from someone @Square It would amazing if we had the ability to remove the dollar amount from ticket. This is a huge issue as a gift bakery, as 50% of our deliveries are gifts. The ticket with delivery info is provided on each delivery and not cool to provide to person receiving the gift...

Hi there @TFBO and @CookEPusher - Thanks for reaching out to bring this to our attention. I'm sorry to hear that you've run into this issue with your Sticky Labels.
I just want to make sure that you both have followed these settings for the setup of your Sticky Label printer stations:

Tap the three horizontal lines.

Tap Settings > Hardware > Printers > Create Printer Station.

Tap Printer and select your Star TSP654IISK or TSP654SK label printer.

Under the section "Use this printer for", toggle on In-person order tickets.

Turn on Single item per ticket. Note: You can select Compact Ticket to save paper.
If you have followed these instructions and are still experiencing this issue, could you please reply with a photo of your printer station settings, as well as an example of the label showing the order total? That would give me some more insight into what's going on 🙂

yes, the Paid amount is on each ticket. How do I remove the amount paid from ticket(s)?
