Does not take a customers card

I have 1 customer and her cards are always declined. My IPad system does not say OffLine when this is happening. I also have attempted to manually enter her information, as well as swipe it on my phone, it still does not go through. The customer is able to use it at home to pay for services, via invoice. Does anyone know why this is happening at the shop?

Hi Redroostersoap,

 

Issues like this can be challenging.  First question - are you having issues with other transactions or is this just the one customer?   If it's just this one person, she may want to check with her bank and/or card issuer.   I don't think it's a problem on your end if it's just one person.  I'm not sure about using the card at home to pay invoices - are these invoices you are sending to her or are they from someone else?  Perhaps others here may have some thoughts.
