Do I need to complete a Customer Profile to invoice?
WHY must I now compete a CUSTOMER PROFILE to invoice now> I used to be able to use just an email address. I don't have the time or all of the information to do this for EACH invoice. I invoice from my phone and this just started. HOW can I undo this? If not, I am not going to be able to continue using Square as it has become very UN-User friendly.... The person who called me back from Square was CLUELESS... Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @KS01, sorry to hear about the trouble. Can you let me know the steps you're taking to Invoice a customer? The required info in the app remains the same and you do not need to add a customer to sale first.
Add the amount or item to sale > tap Charge > tap Invoice.
The only the required fields are the Invoice Title, Customer Name, and Email Address.
