Deactivated Location missing

I recently deactivate an old location as we decided to combine into one area.  Square says that when you deactivate a location, the old information is all still there and can be accessed, but on my online dashboard there is nothing.  I can't see the old location, access any reports, or do anything else.  I called square support but they were not able to resolve the situation at all.

I'm sorry to hear that your issue wasn't resolved by our Support Team. Sometimes we miss the mark with our best answers, but we will try our best to find a solution for you here.

 

You should be able to see all previously deleted location on the main page of your Online Dashboard! Once logged in, you will see a toggle drop-down that lists all active locations, as well as previously deleted locations. This will appear directly on the left side of the date and time.

 

Inactive locations are also viewable from the Locations Tab within your Account & Settings Menu!
