DNS nightmare, totally lost now and losing business :(

Hi

do weebly reply to email support? emailed 4 times in 7 days not one reply?

www.wirralcoal.co.uk was connected to go daddy and working via weebly.

www.wirralcoalandlogs.co.uk i tried to connected and failed, so decided to ask godaddy to just fwd address to another site rather than connecting to weebly to make it easier ... AND Its all gone totally wrong, and cant get hold of weebly at all which is not good.

So Godaddy have messed up now, so i cant even connect wirralcoal.co.uk or wirralcoalandlogs.co.uk atall? both now down 😞 

they need the ips for both sites? can someone help, I'm loosing a lot of business here now - can some help?

moved domains away from go daddy not to goolgle as sick of poor support. will have to see how i get on with weebly next as id rather pay for for better support on both sides & i have a few sites and spend aslot with weebly

 Hi @sean648, sorry to hear this issue is still ongoing, I understand how stressful this must be. 

As previously mentioned, for Square Online's IP address, we suggest 199.34.228.164 (but these ranges are also accepted: .164 - .191). After you update your IP address it can take up 24-48 hours for the changes to propagate and your site to go live again. 

Having a look on who.is for www.wirralcoalandlogs.co.uk, the IP address is still off. 

I'd suggest getting back in contact with GoDaddy as soon as possible with the correct IP address information and have them help you point to the correct IP address. From there, 24-48 hours later you should be up and running again!
