Customers seeing "Error too many redirects" when trying to make a purchase
Someone sent me this screenshot when they tried to buy a ticket to an event on my Square site. Other people were able to buy tickets to the event yesterday and this morning. I'm not sure what could be going wrong, but this concerns me, and I'm sure for every customer who takes the time to send me a screenshot, there are more lost customers who just give up.
I imagined Square would have actual customer support instead of just sending me to the Community Forum no matter what I click. So I don't know whether any of you here are able to help me, but if you are, thank you in advance.

Hi there, @avaimediallc. Thanks so much for letting us know about this.
I apologize for the trouble - both for the actual page loading issue as well as for confusion about contacting our Support Team. We are definitely standing by willing to help! In the future, you can contact us here.
It looks like your customer may not be able to fully load your Online Store page due to some-kind of pending software update for either their browser or mobile device itself. Error messages like this often point back to software being out of date, and the multiple 'redirects' from the link fail to load after being initiated by an older software.
I would have them double check the software for both their browser application and for their Android Device. In the meantime, as a workaround, I would have them complete their transaction using a separate browser or device. They can also try to manually type the link address into their browser, itself of having the link address re-route itself to your Online Store.
I hope this information is helpful! Let us know if that resolves your issue. We are here to help!

Thanks so much for your reply. Hopefully the issue is isolated to that specific customer, then, if it's something on their device's end.
That link you shared to "contact us here" sends me to an article about trouble with a card reader, and at the bottom it says if the article didn't solve the issue, click here to go to the community forum. No matter where I go, it's like support doesn't exist and my only option is to use the community forum.

It's doing it to me also, when I got to my site. I have tried on Mozilla Firefox & Google Chrome. I know my Firefox is up-to-date because it updates automatically.

Thanks for giving a shot to those troubleshooting steps, @MarionCreates - so sorry for the continued trouble here.
I would recommend going-ahead and flagging this over to our Support Team for more visibility. They can assist in making sure this discrepancy is found and eradicated.
