Customer's are required to enter their location before adding items to their cart. How to change?
For local delivery customers are required to input their delivery address before adding items to their cart. I would like the change it so that they can add items to their cart without entering their delivery address and instead collect their delivery address during checkout. The current process is confusing.
Is there a way to change this behavior?

@CurtS What is your definition of local delivery? and what is your customer's definition of local delivery? Local to me here in TN could be anything 20 mins away or less which is 15-20 miles maybe. In a congested area that might be 5 miles. I personally think it would be worse for someone to fill up a cart and then can't get it delivered. I would answer this question first before I would want to change the behavior. Most best practices by major chains (especially restaurants in my wheelhouse) always do location/area first then the order. Sometimes this is just to make sure the items are in stock at that particular order location.
