Customer display is not functioning

hello all

i have been using square stand and use 2nd ipad as customer display

 

after recent square update and trying the “new square point of sale screen”

 

customer display is no longer functioning. will square fix this problem?

Hello @Joe 

i have fully updated ipad ios and updated square point of sale on both square stand and customer display.

 

as soon as i press new “ square point of sale” in setting customer display just show 0.00 and doesn’t communicate. Therefore i tried to close the square app on ipad that we use to customer display and restart the app. It lets me reconnect but 0.00 is gone screen stays white blank.


so i have to go back to old square point of sale screen and customer display is back functioning
