• Visit the Contact Us Page
• Select a topic
• Select the issue
• Click on "I Don't See my Issue" and choose to call us.

since its after hours the option to call won't be there until monday morning unfortuneatly with the timing of it being friday night and the weekend.

A customer code is needed if you are reaching out after business hours or on the weekend, and is available for priority merchant accounts.
You will see your customer code on this support page when logged into your account.
