Custom App Elements Disappearing During Editing

Installed custom app elements are disappearing and/or glitching to default while editing my weebly website. For example, "custom buttons" would disappear after page is refreshed during editing. Same issue happens with the "color block" app. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
